FAQ

Wedding FAQs:

How do we RSVP?

Click “RSVP” on our wedding site (https://www.kruseeverafter.wedding/) and fill in all the names of the guests from your household who will be attending.

By when do we have to RSVP?

We need to confirm a final guest count with the resort no later than 6 months before that wedding. Please RSVP by August 31st, 2024.

When should we reserve our room?

Room reservations are available for 2025, so no need to wait. Rooms are not held for our wedding, so reserving earlier guarantees you can secure the room and view you want. Full payment is not due until February 2025, a deposit is all that’s necessary to hold your room.

What are the days I need to be at the resort?

The wedding ceremony itself is on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025. If you are not a member of the wedding party, this is the only day you are required to be present. You are welcome/encouraged to come early and stay later to make the most out of your trip to Cancun. The bride and groom will be arriving March 29th, and Leaving April 2nd.

What Travel arrangements do we need to make?

You will need to arrange your flights from your local airport to Cancún International Airport.

To make this as easy as possible on our guests, we recommend you work with our travel agent Helen Karpovich (helen@bytravel.us / 847-907-1505) to arrange your flights.

The Dreams Natura Resort is located 10 miles from the airport. There are various ground transportation options available from the airport.

What costs am I responsible for?

You are responsible for your flights and the resort stay. As this is an all-inclusive resort, your food, drinks, alcohol, Wi-Fi, service, and entertainment are all included in the cost of the resort.

How can we minimize costs for the trip?

We recognize that destination weddings are costly compared to local weddings. To get the best possible deal we’ve enlisted a travel agent, Helen Karpovich (helen@bytravel.us / 847-907-1505) to help our guests get the best possible price on the resort and flights.

To minimize costs:

· Book early while the rooms at the lowest price point are still available.

· Consider limiting the length of your stay to core days.

· Per person costs are highest in a single occupancy room.

We understand that this could still be cost prohibitive for some of our guests, and totally understand if you cannot attend for a financial or personal reason.

Can we stay off the resort?

We highly discourage our guests to stay off the resort. All wedding activities will take place on the resort, and there is a $125 per person per day fee for people staying off the resort to do activities on the resort.

Staying on the resort ensures you do not need to arrange transportation, meals, drinks, entertainment, etc. Simply walk out of your room, grab some food and a beverage, and enjoy paradise with our friends and family.

We have no knowledge of the value, safety, or quality of other hotels or Airbnbs in the area.

Does the resort have age restrictions?

Dreams Natura is a family friendly resort and is open to guests of all ages. There are two kids clubs on property, one for ages 2-12 and another for ages 13-17.

We ask that children under 13 do not attend the ceremony or reception.

Are there special travel documents required?

As a U.S. Citizen, you must have a valid passport to travel to and from Mexico.

Should we bring wedding gifts to the resort?

We appreciate your generosity, but given the challenge and costs of bringing gifts on international flights for both you and us, we ask that you don’t bring gifts to the resort.

What should we wear?

Attire for the wedding ceremony and reception is beach formal. Typical temperature range in Cancun in April is between 72 and 87 degrees Fahrenheit. We recommend light/breathable fabrics.
